The prices include VAT.
Discounts
Individual discounts for sport, training and education groups.
We give priority to week stays from Saturday to Saturday.
The housing price includes parking, final cleaning, gas+electricity+water+heating, lounge, ski stock, sheeting, towels, kitchencloth.
A cash bail 2.500 CZK (100 Euro) for an appartement is accepted during the arrival and returned after checking the appartement during departure.
We do not accept credit cards.
Fees
Fees are paid according the law.
Holiday fee 14,- CZK /person from 18 years old/day
Accommodation fee 4,- CZK/child/day
A stay larger than 30 days is tenancy with a negotiated rent.
